Race behind the race
The European leg of the Formula 1 season has concluded with the double-header in Zandvoort and Monza. The next eight races will be held overseas, commencing with the Azerbaijan Grand Prix.
While biofuel-powered trucks were used to transport the F1 equipment for the European races, air and sea freight are being utilized once again for the overseas races' logistics. While the distance from Italy to Azerbaijan is relatively short at approximately 3,000 kilometers, the next destination, Singapore, is almost 10,000 kilometers away.
The fall schedule consists of two double headers and two triple headers, which represents a significant challenge for all parties involved. The experience of the DHL Motorsports Team, which has been responsible for delivering the F1 cars from track to track as the Official Logistics Partner for 20 years, is particularly valuable in light of this.
